Cependant, l\u2019id\u00e9e de position donne l\u2019impression qu\u2019il existe une<strong> seule<\/strong> posture \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 maintenir. Cela conduit \u00e0 de la raideur et de la tension, car il faut un effort pour essayer de conserver la \u00ab position \u00bb que l\u2019on croit devoir atteindre. De plus, on empile en quelque sorte les parties du corps les unes sur les autres avec des questions telles que : \u00ab Mon bassin est-il align\u00e9 ? \u00bb, \u00ab Suis-je assis sur mes jambes ? \u00bb, \u00ab Mon ventre sort-il ? \u00bb, \u00ab Mes \u00e9paules sont-elles abaiss\u00e9es ? \u00bb.<br \/>Une grande partie de l\u2019attention est ainsi mobilis\u00e9e par le contr\u00f4le de segments corporels, ce qui repr\u00e9sente beaucoup \u00e0 g\u00e9rer pendant que l\u2019on danse et que l\u2019on \u00e9coute en m\u00eame temps les corrections du professeur. On obtient l\u2019alignement, mais <strong>sans<\/strong> la libert\u00e9 de mouvement.<\/p><p>The idea that posture is a <em>position<\/em> immediately gives a powerful connotation of the body being fixed, controlled and held. Autrement dit, il pense que cela demande de <strong>l\u2019effort.<\/strong> En relevant la poitrine, le gar\u00e7on de la photo ci-dessus a l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre grand et droit. Cependant, il g\u00e9n\u00e8re malgr\u00e9 lui des tensions dues aux contraintes qu\u2019il impose \u00e0 son alignement et \u00e0 son fonctionnement global. Une mauvaise compr\u00e9hension de la fa\u00e7on dont la gravit\u00e9 agit est \u00e9galement un facteur cl\u00e9, puisqu\u2019il pense qu\u2019il faut un effort musculaire pour rester debout. Ces muscles puissants sont \u00e9galement attach\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque c\u00f4te, si bien que pour maintenir la poitrine relev\u00e9e, les muscles du dos tirent \u00e0 la fois sur le dos et sur les c\u00f4tes vers le bas. Cela limite alors la libert\u00e9 et le volume du torse. De m\u00eame, lorsqu\u2019il tire les \u00e9paules en arri\u00e8re, les c\u00f4tes ne peuvent plus se dilater, ce qui <strong>emp\u00eache une respiration<\/strong> pleine et fluide.<\/p><p>De plus, le fait de projeter la poitrine vers l\u2019avant d\u00e9place <strong>son poids sur les talons<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit simplement d\u2019une r\u00e9action d\u2019\u00e9quilibre pour l\u2019emp\u00eacher de tomber. Si ce n\u2019est pas par les talons, il doit y avoir une compensation ailleurs, que ce soit au niveau des hanches ou de l\u2019ajustement du cou\/de la t\u00eate. La compensation, comme le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019\u00e9quilibre, se produit spontan\u00e9ment chaque fois que le corps est d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9.
