Nous appelons \u00e7a le syst\u00e8me de coordination. Par exemple, si je crois que la maison est en feu, je serai dans un \u00e9tat de &lsquo;combat-fuite&rsquo;. Au contraire, si je suis sur la plage en vacances, je serai dans une disposition compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente, heureux et d\u00e9tendu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37ff90ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37ff90ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Notre coordination concerne directement nos conceptions,<\/strong> c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire nos id\u00e9es et nos croyances. Nos exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es et nos croyances pr\u00e9dominent nos perspectives dans notre environnement. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;il peut y avoir de nombreuses interpr\u00e9tations diff\u00e9rentes dans une situation donn\u00e9e.<br \/>Par exemple, si vous marchez dans une rue sombre et que vous entendez un mouvement dans l&rsquo;ombre, vous pouvez l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9ter comme le vent dans les arbres ou vous pouvez penser qu&rsquo;il y a une personne dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 pr\u00eate \u00e0 vous attaquer ou m\u00eame une amie qui va vous faire une plaisanterie. Trois interpr\u00e9tations possibles qui vont g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9ponses diff\u00e9rentes de la part de votre syst\u00e8me de coordination.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67729b71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"67729b71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Notre syst\u00e8me de coordination r\u00e9pond \u00e0 notre interpr\u00e9tation de l&rsquo;instant m\u00eame si elle n&rsquo;est pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/strong> Si je suis convaincu qu&rsquo;il y a quelqu&rsquo;un dans l&rsquo;ombre, j&rsquo;aurai la r\u00e9ponse appropri\u00e9e pour m&rsquo;aider \u00e0 survivre bien que ce ne soit pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Notre syst\u00e8me de coordination est activ\u00e9 \u00e0 cause ou gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre unique perception de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale nous sommes convaincus de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de notre interpr\u00e9tation personnelle et ne la remettons jamais en question. Apr\u00e8s tout elle est la seule fa\u00e7on dont nous pouvons voir le monde et le comprendre.<br \/>Cependant, il y a des circonstances o\u00f9 nos interpr\u00e9tations sont incoh\u00e9rentes avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, menant \u00e0 des \u00e9tats de tension nerveuse inutile. Ce sont les moments, qu&rsquo;il est utile d&rsquo;examiner parce que, comme expliqu\u00e9 ci-dessous, beaucoup de ces malentendus et id\u00e9es fausses vont influencer nos vies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e04889f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1e04889f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une r\u00e9action en chaine<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cecf24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4cecf24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Notre syst\u00e8me de coordination r\u00e9pond \u00e0 notre interpr\u00e9tation qui d\u00e9clenche des sensations et des \u00e9motions. Ces derni\u00e8res renforcent notre conviction que notre interpr\u00e9tation est correcte et nous croyons que c&rsquo;est vrai.<br \/>En marchant sur cette sombre route avec des sons \u00e9tranges je me fais peur et mon syst\u00e8me r\u00e9pond en lib\u00e9rant de l&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline et en aff\u00fbtant mes sens et mes capacit\u00e9s physiques. Ces changements me convainquent qu&rsquo;il y a un danger cach\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;ombre. Maintenant je continue \u00e0 projeter ce qui pourrait arriver alors que mon syst\u00e8me me pr\u00e9pare au pire. Malgr\u00e9 le fait que personne n&rsquo;est dans l&rsquo;ombre, \u00e0 la fin de la route, mon interpr\u00e9tation initiale est renforc\u00e9e sur le fait que les routes sombres sont dangereuses. Cela devient une conviction. La prochaine fois que je vivrai une situation semblable, je serai d\u00e9j\u00e0 en \u00e9tat de \u00ab\u00a0combat-fuite\u00a0\u00bb. Chaque fois que la m\u00eame interpr\u00e9tation est donn\u00e9e, notre syst\u00e8me de coordination r\u00e9pond plus rapidement. Le processus acc\u00e9l\u00e8re chaque fois que nous allons parcourir ce cercle. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es en faisant la m\u00eame interpr\u00e9tation, la r\u00e9ponse ou la r\u00e9action, vient \u00e0 la vitesse de l&rsquo;\u00e9clair &#8211; apparemment de nulle part.
